What are my chances of getting pregnant if i missed one pill and made it up ASAP?

I missed one pill Thursday night, in my third week, but made it up as soon as i woke up on Friday morning. I also took my pill about 3 hours late on Saturday night, which would have been my last active pill. My boyfriend and I had sex soon after. We used a condom, but it broke. He had already went shortly before we had sex. He went inside of me not knowing the condom broke, but he barely went. What are my chances of getting pregnant?

Hi ladies I need some peace of mind.
So I have been taking birth control (the pill) for a little over a year now. Two weeks ago on Friday I forgot to take my pill ( I was on my second week of the pack) at my regular time (10PM) so I took it the next day which was Saturday at 10PM along with my Saturday pill. Five days later (Wednesday) I had sex with my boyfriend and he came inside. My concern is that 3 days after we had sex (Saturday) I woke up with a white discharge and some itching which made me think I had a yeast infection but I woke up Sunday and the "yeast" infection was gone. On Saturday I also had some sharp cramps happening but those also went away by Sunday night. I have read that yeast infection can be a very early sign of pregnancy. What are my chances, if any, that I may be pregnant? I'm just really confused and nervous since I have never missed a pill.

I had unprotected sex on the last pill of my second week and then the next day took my pill 6 hours late. I took it as soon as I remembered. Should I get plan b? I have never missed a dose before. I am on the combined pill and have been on it for 8 months now.

I missed my pill on Sunday and had unprotected intercourse on the same day. I took forgotten pill on Monday together with Monday's pill. But only one pill left for Tuesday. Should I continue taking next month pills or to 7 days break?

Hi, I am on my second month of birth control (Gedarel) and I was unwell throughout the first week of the pack but only vomited after taking the pill on the 3rd of april (6th pill in the pack and I usually take it at around 4:30-5pm and did not vomit until around 11:30pm, but I did not take another pill as I had read that you are still protected from pregnancy if you vomit more than 2-3 hours after taking it which I had). 6 days later (9th april) I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside me, and it was the last day of my "fertile window". It is now almost two weeks later and I have been feeling symptoms of what could be early pregnancy but are also synonymous with PMS, such as breast tenderness, headaches and nausea (today is the last pill in the pack and I should get the period in a few days). However my breasts were hurting for about a week before having unprotected sex, and usually do before getting my periods. I also have had diarrhoea and light cramping which I have read are also early symptoms, however my family has been ill for the past week and the diarrhoea, headaches and nausea could be due to that as I also have a cold. I am very concerned! How likely am I of being pregnant?

Hello Anonymous,

Except for the missed dose on April 3, have you been taking your pill every day? Have you missed any other days?

If you only missed a pill on April 3, then why do you say you had unprotected sex on April 9?

You were protected if you took your pills daily.

Gedarel is a combination hormonal oral contraceptive that prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation, thickens cervical mucus making it more difficult for the sperm to reach the egg and
alters the lining of the womb to make it less likely to accept a fertilised egg.

Anonymous, wait for the vaginal bleeding to start. That will confirm you did not become pregnant. Your symptoms could be caused by the illness that is affecting your family.

If you have any further concerns, consider speaking with your gynecologist.

Regards,
Maryann

I have not missed any other days and taken them all around the same time (no later than an hour and a half later at most), and I mentioned the unprotected sex as I fear the missed pill on the 3rd may have made me more likely to ovulate and therefore make me more susceptible to pregnancy. Thanks for your help!

Hi I'm on Tri-Lo-Sprintec and I missed my pill last night, took it this morning at 6:40. But my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he went in me. Do I need to get a plan B or am I ok?

Hello, I need help!
I had unprotected sex on a Saturday and missed two birth control pills (Saturday and Sunday) due to leaving for a trip and forgetting them but in the third day (Monday) I took 3 pills. Is there a chance I can be pregnant? I am currently spotting brown mucus discharge.

Hello Anonymous,

Which week of your pack did you missed the two doses?

Any time you miss a dose, back up protection is recommended.

How many days after unprotected intercourse did the spotting start?
I am concerned that this might be implantation bleeding, which is brown to pink spotting that occurs about six to 12 days following conception. It goes away on its own and never increases to a flow.

This could also be breakthrough bleeding caused by missing two pills and then taking three in one day.

Anonymous, I can only guess. I suggest you contact your gynecologist and report what has happened.

Regards,
Maryann

Hello, I need some advice or guidence.
I usually start my birth control pack at night on Sunday, and I forgot to take it that night so I took it the following Monday morning. (I was about 8 hours late for my first birth control pill in the pack.) But then, I forgot to take two pills in one day on Monday, so I made up for it on Tuesday by taking 2 pills and was back on my regular schedule on Wednesday. About 8 days after this occurrence, my boyfriend and I had sex (with a condom), and about 5 mins after we started, it hurt me, so we took the condom off. And then a few minutes later we put the same condom back on and proceeded to have sex. He pulled out before he came. But I am worried that the pre-ejucatory fluid from the taking off of the condom the first time could cause me to get pregnant. My boyfriend thinks that I am stressing over nothing. Is he right or should I be worried? In addition, 5 days after the intetcourse I noticed that I was 1 day behind on a pill in my pack so I took two in one day. I'm about 80% sure I took the correct pill on the day I had sex, but I can't be 100% positive. Would getting behind on pills cause me to get pregnant? Should I be worried about pregnancy?
