Q:

What are my changes of getting pregnant?!

I just finished my first week of birth control pills. I took them perfectly Sunday - Friday. I take them 8:30pm. I was only sexually active with my boyfriend Friday. Saturday I forgot to take my pill at 8:30pm and didn't remember till 7:56am Sunday morning. I took my pill ASAP. (The clocks also changed to an hour forward) I'm concerned about being pregnant...should I use another form of protection rest of this month?

Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

No need to take another form of birth control.  Simply take the next pill for today at 8:30pm this evening and you are back on tract.  This will mostly likely not cause pregnancy because it was only a slight delay.  No need to take further action, simply continue taking the pills.
