So if you had sex with no condom and then that night you forgot to take your pill for 5 hours, is there a chance you could become pregnant?
BTW- I'm on the pill where you have a period every 3 months, and I was on the sugar pills last week and this would be the 4th pill I have taken since the sugar pills

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to our community with your question.

It would be helpful to know the name of the oral contraceptive.

Do you still have the information insert that comes with a new pack? What does it say about how to make up for a missed pill?

Generally, because you made up for the missed dose by taking it within five hours, you should have been protected.

Regards,
Maryann
