What happens when i use a morning after pill when the guy did not come inside me?

Hi?, i slept with a guy on 1st May 2016 and we first used a condom but towards the end of our sex, he entered uncovered, i asked him wat if i get pregnant but he said he did not come but i dint trust him and took a morning after pill. 12May i experienced cramps headaches and backpains. I also feel like vomiting but im not. Does this mean im pregnant? And will i have any health problems if perhaps the guy really did not come but i took the pill? my periods normally come from the 19th or 20th of every month, im still awaiting on them. Please help, im worried
