I had unprotected sex in May but this was during my period. There was no ejaculation inside of me.
I had two normal periods since and had multiple negative Pregnancy tests, i've been sick this past two weeks with a bad cough and my right upper rib hirts when i cough and now my nipple is quite sensitive and stays quite erect.
Is this a sign of pregnancy or did the excessive coughing cause this?

Did the excessive coughing cause what? Your nipple to be erect? Very unlikely.
As to sore ribs - that can certainly be caused by excessive coughing.
You had sex with no ejaculation and had your regular periods and negative tests so I'm not sure why you would connect these symptoms with pregnancy. I'm sure your nipple will sort itself out eventually. It may even be caused by PMS.
