Some women bleed this way after sex for the first time because they don't have proper lubrication during sex. This could be due to nerves or not being as sexually aroused as she could be. A lot of foreplay can help with this or the use of a lubricant. Less enthusiastic sex (more gentle) for the first few times may also help. Generally this is not serious.
