my girlfriend gave me a hand job and I ejaculated. Then we wiped off the semen with a towel and I think I took most of it off of my penis but I'm not sure. We were trying to do anal but I rubbed her vagina with my penis for a couple seconds instead but I don't think i went in. I remember wiping most of the moister off but I'm not sure. After that, i gave her oral and fingered her but my hands were only dried off my the towel. She took a morning after pill about two days later. She had her last period Jan 30/17 through Feb 4/17. She has irregular cycles so i'm not sure if she is ovulating or not. And there is some studies about the morning after pill not working after ovulation. Is she still at risk of getting pregnant

She can't get pregnant from the scenario you describe, rubbing her with your penis that may or may not have had some moisture on it. Pregnancy happens through sexual intercourse with ejaculation inside a woman (or rarely) on the outside of the vagina. Use a condom if you do have intercourse, including anal.
