Prepare Mentally

One of the most effective ways I began to shed
pounds was through shifting my frame of mind to behave the way it did
prior to me having a baby. I posted pictures of myself prior to the
pregnancy all over my home as well as pictures of other celebrity
body's I adore. My mind would begin to shift my body's
behavior and ultimately overall look. In the beginning of my weight
loss journey, I would avoid looking at my body in the mirror so I
would not remind myself that I am not in shape. If I did ever analyze
my body in the mirror (like most women do), it would be when I put on
layers upon layers of spandex body slimmers on myself and put on a
sexy dress. This boosted my confidence and tricked my mind into
believing that this is the shape of my body and not the belly bulge
that was really there. Allow your mind to shift your body.
