I absolutely loved making salads with exclusively tomatoes and cucumbers with a dash of salt and some olive oil. This is perfect because it contains the combination of all the vitamins and antioxidants of fruit and the Omega-3 and 6 Fatty acids that are so healthy for you! I would eat this for dinner on many occasions and never to this day get sick of it.
