Annette shares how toxic habits and toxic relationships hinder the ovarian cancer healing process.

Annette:
Toxic relationships or habits or thoughts basically create stress in our life, and a stressful environment is not conducive to better health. It reduces your immune system. It causes you to think about things that are very negative, so your mind is not really looking for the creative ways to deal with your condition.

It may limit your ability to have happiness in your life, to really embrace the things that are around us every day, whether they are positive relationships, or to love yourself. So that’s why whether it’s a toxic person who is diminishing your energy, or whether it's your own thoughts that are holding you down, none of that is going to help you.

Annette, I enjoy reading these post very much. I have problems getting around on the site, and the only place I can find to respond is where the videos are located. I do want to stay on your list. Your writings/words are very uplifting and oh, so true. I've learned over the years that words create thoughts and thoughts create actions--healing can only take place in a postive, healthy mental environment. Keep up the fabulous work. Shirleen

Hi, Shirleen! Thanks so much for the feedback. The site is fairly new and some of the links are still being worked out. But getting the comments this way works.

I'm really enjoying having a place that values my philosophy about empowering women.

Love
Annette
