Colleen explains if she has chemo brain as a side effect from ovarian cancer chemotherapy.
You haven’t noticed? Yes, it’s hard. You know, you lose your words. You can’t think of things. Your mind doesn’t flow as freely as it once did before, and you forget things. I forgot my granddaughter's name one day, and for five minutes, I could just kick myself. For five minutes, I couldn’t think of her name. I knew who she was, and there she was, and her name wouldn’t come to me. The sad part is, she has my name. My daughter named her after me, and I could not think of her name. Now that’s chemo brain.
