Karine Shares If Her Asthma Inhaler Weakened Her Immunity (VIDEO)

I don’t wonder, I am certain of it. To the best of my knowledge, there are no official studies or research that have been done that substantiate that, but I look at myself where I am now, and despite the fact that my asthma is 99% under control, I still find that I am weak in terms of immune system. If you and I and a normal healthy person come in contact with somebody that’s got a cold, just the regular, everyday, ordinary common cold, the healthy person hand shake, hang out with them, probably go home, not even get sick, no big deal.

If they do get sick, they might feel kind of down in the dumps for a day or two, but what I find for me, at least when I encounter that scenario, guaranteed that I am going to get sick. And when I do get sick, it’s going to take me ten times as long to get over it as it would anybody else, and that is always, always true. I am far more susceptible than anybody else is to getting sick, and I have no doubt in my mind that that is from years of extremely strong medications which benefited my asthma, but I think had the unfortunate effect of weakening my immune system.
