Am i having pregant or impration bleeding

I had my period on the 3/8/17 usually I have a 21 day cycle .OK all last week I been having cramps,sore nipples ,lower back pain ,tired a lot so on 3/28/17 yesterday my cycle was suppose to come been having gas slot but today 3/29/17 went to bathroom wipe spot of blood nothing in toilet are pad but the cramps there I been a having them about 8 days now can someone help please
