I would strongly encourage anyone to follow Tina's link. There is a lot of good information there. But with all due respect, Tina T, the truth is worse than "that their hair and skin is better, but they're a little worried about the weight gain".

I have been on the wiley protocol for 11 years now. Started at 51 and Im 61. I did gain weight but... I weighed 150 at the start.. Im 155. Im 5'4 so I should weigh 125-146. so Im 9 lbs overweight. I went off of it just to see if it made much difference.. Not much a few lbs. but the peeing all night, sweaty all night, zero interest in sex, almost impossible to orgasm, and my skin looked aweful… no thanks. my husband hopes I can stay on it forever. Love bioidentical hormones. Zero health issues... zero cancer knock on wood !

Hello Kasimon00, thanks for writing. Other EmpowHer members say they have experienced weight gain while using the Wiley Protocol. You can find out what they have to say by clicking on this link. Like you, they said that their hair and skin is better, but they're a little worried about the weight gain.

Did you find their experiences helpful?
