Q:

The beginning of menopause?

I am 42 years old. Five years ago I lost my 1st pregnancy due to an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured. 14 months later I had an early miscarriage. Now I am 5 days late. I keep getting cramps but no bleeding. Today I started having dizzy spells and felt a little nauseous. Took a home test that's negative. But I had 4 negative tests with my ectopic pregnancy. Should I be concerned yet or just give it more time? Due to my age it may just be the start of menopause.

Well after being a week late,I started a heavy cycle last night. The doctor said it's normal at my age to have irregular cycles. She did some blood work just to check things out. I'll get results in about a week
