If you feel that something is not right, trust your instincts and get a second opinion. I strongly believe that we know our bodies best and know when something is not right.

Make a appointment with another physician. Don't be afraid to tell your doctor that  you are not satisfied and would like a referral or recommendation for another physician. If necessary, ask a trusted friend or relative for a recommendation. I strongly suggest that you make an appointment with a breast specialist.

Best wishes,

I have an appointment on Thursday~he gave me an ultrasound as he said I basically am to young for a mamo and I think he thinks my breasts are to small. I don't know but I do know that I want to find out as I may be only 37 but I have crohns ms have had a hysterectomy due to endrometriosis and know my body well and know something isnt right. I love my life and I feel if it was something bad I would rather find out and deal with it well it can still be dealt with. I also am kinda like well it is nothing as how could it be but then I look and think no i should not ignore this or listen to my Doc and say just forget about it as it has growin so much since my ultra sound and i can definetly feel a lump. Thanks for your reply

Please do not ignore this change in your breast. Call your physician again. Have you had a mammogram?

A mammogram is a x-ray picture of the breast. It is used to check for breast cancer even when there are no signs or symptoms of the disease.

If your physician continues to ignore this problem, seek a second opinion, find another doctor.
