Can endometriosis be mistaken for chlamydia?

I do not have any of the symptoms of chlamydia but my doctor is doing a urinalysis for it. She believes I may have endometriosis, but she wants to make sure it isnt anythign else first.

No, endometriosis can not be mistaken for chlamydia once the test is conducted. It is best to rule out chlamydia, as this can be a condition that is easier to treat with antibiotics.
