. My boyfriend and I were trying anal sex for the first time thinking it would be a safer route to take. However instead of finishing inside me, he finished all over the outside of me and very close to my vagina. Could I possibly be pregnant? Please help.

Even if your boyfriend ejaculated outside of you, the fact that you had unprotected sex still puts you at risk for pregnancy. Preseminal fluid can sometimes contain sperm and this is something that occurs upon excitement. The withdrawal method has about a 70% effectiveness, which is not enough to be considered a reliable method on its own. If you have a late or missed period, please take a pregnancy test.
