I had sex three months ago, and I have had two periiods since. I have a period two weeks after I lost my virginity, and then another one a month later, that one was exceptionally heavy. But this month I have not. Well not yet. It was due this week but they aren't 100% regular cause I'm only 16. Do you think I could be pregnant. I am so worried because if I am I'd be like 3 months pregnant. and I've just started my a levels so I'm stressing about them too. But if I go to doctors its hard to get to them because I live in a village in countryside with no shops. I'm stressing so much. Can any of you offer me some help or advice? Thank you.

Hello Anonymous,

She must take a home pregnancy test or visit her gynecologist for a blood pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, she must test in the morning and use the first urine of the day.

That is the way to know if she is pregnant or not.

Hi Anonymous,

Please clarify: did she not have a period at all for the last two months or were those two periods late.

Two missed periods indicate either pregnancy or a serious hormonal imbalance.

Then she is not pregnant. If she is concerned about her periods being late, she can talk with a gynecologist, who can determine why.

I had sex late March, and i had my usual period in April and May. My last period started on the 5th of May. However i haven't got my period this month up till now (17th June) i'm roughly +10 days late. I did a pregnancy urine test and it came back negative. I didn't feel any pregnancy symptoms so far. However I'm still worried because my period was never this late Note: On the 6th Of May I took eczema medication that contains methylprednisolone for a week. Is it possible that i may be pregnant or am i late due to my eczema medication? Thanks

I've had 4 normal periods from the last time I had sex in March, which was protected. But my belly looks bigger and feels bloated. Could I be pregnant?

Hi Anonymous,

Four normal periods following the last time you had intercourse means you are not pregnant.

Bloating points to a gastrointestinal issue. Bigger belly might be weight gain.

I had my last sex three months ago. After the last sex I was late 2 days for my period but I had it. I have my period came for the last two months but this month I'm late again. We are trying to have a baby though in a long distance relationship. Can I still be pregnant even if I had period for the last two months?
