I'm very young and i have not ever had intercourse but my boyfriend rubbed his penis on my clit up and down but did not put it in my hole. He did not wear any protection and neither did he come and his penis was dry but is there any way that i can get pregnant?

It would be impossible for you to get pregnant by the precum on the tip of your boyfriends penis if it did not go inside or near your vagina. By near, I don't mean a foot away-- I mean it's actually touching the outside of your vagina. Don't worry about laying on him or close to him getting you pregnant. For future reference, just remember to have him wipe off after but this will not result in pregnancy.

Sperm does not permeate through clothing. Unless your vagina was exposed and some semen went into your vagina, then you cannot get pregnant this way.
