Hi Anon,

Unfortunately, there is no other way to know if you are certainly pregnant without taking a home pregnancy test or seeing your doctor.  Even a missed period, can indicate pregnancy. But many other conditions can also cause it.  If you know when your last period was and your cycles are usually regular 28-30 days.  Did you have unprotected sex during your fertile days.  A women usually ovulates between day 11-21 of a cycle. That is counting from day 1 of your last period.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. These are some of the early symptoms of pregnancy.

Implantation Bleeding

Delay/Difference in Menstruation

Swollen/Tender Breasts

Fatigue/Tiredness

Nausea/Morning Sickness

If you experienced a delay in your period, you should take a pregnancy test or see your doctor.
