Thank you for visiting the website and for posting your question. I'm not sure I totally understand your question and I'm hoping you can clarify a couple of things first. By "pad" do you mean a Maxi-pad, like what she would wear while menstruating? If not this type of pad, please explain what you mean so I can try to help you. I look forward to hearing from you again! Still not clear on what you mean in terms of wearing a pad - after being a man?
If you mean wearing a maxipad - this would not cause or stop pregnancy.
