Hi Anon,
If you had your normal period of Jan 21st then you are not pregnant. If you are still having lower back pains you may want to look into it since you may have a UTI or something else. Your kidneys are located on your lower back so if this pain is persistent or gets worse, it is a good idea to go to your doctor.
