Im 27 had my tubes tied 3 years ago. Just ended my period yesterday. I usually have extremely heavy dark red and brownish periods for 7 days sometimes 8 with alot of clotting. This one was bright red still heavy but not nearly as much as my regular no clotting at all looked very different some pinkish too when wiping. Well im off of it and im really bloated. Bad headaches. Slight cramping. A little sore. I bleed with both my pregnancies in the beginning both differently though. Idk whats going on. Can i take a test today?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You can take a pregnancy test if you wish.
After a tubal ligation there is a high risk of getting an ectopic pregnancy. This is when the egg implants in the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus. It is very dangerous if not detected early. So, I highly suggest that you see a gynecologist and get an ultrasound.
If you are having blood clots and very heavy bleeding every month you need to talk to your gynecologist about that as well. It is common to have an occasional blood clot, but blood clots every period can indicate more serious issues including Endometriosis.
I hope that helps.
