I am 8 months post surgery and still a lot of pain, can't do much. I read this might help.

I am sorry you are still suffering from pain, and I wanted to ask you first: have you followed-up with your doctor and/or surgeon, to rule out other factors that may be causing pain? Are you healing successfully, and as expected? What have your doctor(s) suggested to aid in your recovery?
