Everytime I drink red wine I get congested. Anything I can do besides not drinking red wine that will help with the congestion?

Hi Jenny

Yes - sulfites can absolutely cause congestion! Some asthmatics avoid red wine altogether. You can take a decongestant before sipping if you want or better still, drink organic red wines that contain no sulfites at all!
