Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us .

You are not pregnant. That is confirmed by having normal monthly periods.

Symptoms of nausea, (abdominal ?) cramping and abdominal bloating signal a problem in your digestive system.

Had you eaten a new or different food before the symptoms started? Have you noticed a change in your bowel habits, such as having constipation or diarrhea?

Possible causes of abdominal bloating and nausea include: acid reflux disease, lactose intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome, and stomach flu.

Anonymous, if these symptoms persist or worsen, please contact your primary care physician.

Regards,
Maryann
