Hi Anonymous,

Have you ever been to the doctor/hospital when you are experiencing an episode of heat, shaking, and tightness?

Or Are you experiencing an increased amount of stress and decreased amount of sleep since you had your baby? You could be suffering from tension headaches.

Symptoms include:

  • Dull, aching head pain
  • The sensation of tightness or pressure across your forehead or on the sides and back of your head
  • Tenderness on your scalp, neck and shoulder muscles
  • Occasionally, loss of appetite

Does this sound like it may apply to you?

Keep us posted,

Rosa
