On like the 5th day I had a small amount of blood a little bit after I took a pill I don't think it was my period because it was only for one day and stopped

Any time you miss your birth control pills and have unprotected sex then there is a chance for pregnancy. Especially if you didn't make up for the missed pills as soon as possible. Did you ever get your period? If not, it may be a good idea to take a pregnancy test.
