Are you looking to lose weight and generally improve your health? 

The best way to start is is change your diet to fresh, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and lean proteins.  This is allow your body to thrive on the vitamins, minerals, fiber, calcium, protein and other nutrients your body needs.

Unless there is malnutrition, your height is pretty much predetermined - you cannot make your body taller than it naturally is although a healthy diet and exercise will help you to reach your optimum height.
