Hi Anonymous,

Please don't be embarrassed to tell your doctor about these blisters. Does something constantly rub on your lower back perhaps causing these outbreaks? Have you been very stressed lately or had a virus? If not, then you should be scheduling an appointment to get some treatment for it. It is very common to be embarrassed about things like this with your doctor but there is no reason to be, chances are your doctor has seen much much worse and they are there to treat, not judge.

Best Wishes,

Rosa
