Hello EmwiseMa

Thank you for writing.

The obvious answer is to lose weight so that these symptoms subside. In the meantime, wear soft cotton clothing to avoid anything digging into your skin and apply talcum power to the affected areas. Before this, an anti-antiperspirant spray will also help to keep the areas dry.

Use what's known as a "barrier cream" to keep your skin protected. These are petroleum-jelly-based ointments and zinc oxide creams. A pharmacy employee at a drug store can point you in the right direction (these will be over-the-counter creams).
Good luck-
Susan
