i am having back cramps consistently, lower abdominal cramping, getting more sleepy, i have to use the bathroom alot and i am getting really snappy. could i be pregnant or nor ?

Implantation bleeding about 6-12 days after conception, A delayed or missed period, Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception, Feeling fatigued, Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy. If you have a missed period it might be good to take a home pregnancy test.
