I have a bump on my leg near my groin area that looks like a ingrown hair

It is not like a boil or zit or hair because it has no solid mass, its more like a blister from a burn, it is raised with a white head puss sack under the skin the size of a pea, soft to touch with redning skin around it and only stings when i bother it
