I have a dark mole on the left side on the top of my head

As long as I can remember I have had this mole same size but it has never been painful or sensitive even when tochimg or pressing. last few days It has become painful and very sensitive with out even touching it.
when I press it quiet painful.

Have it looked at by your primary care physician. Though you have had this mole for a number of years, the onset of pain must be evaluated.
