I have a friend who has a calcium score of 444. Is this dangerous?

Yes, this score is dangerous. Anything over 100 means there is risk of heart disease and anything over 400 means a lot of plaque is blocking arteries and the risk of a heart attack is high. Immediate medical intervention is required.
