I have high blood sugar how can I bring it down naturally?

I have been a diabetic for 10 years taking pills I'm now up to 4 pills and my sugar isn't coming down in the morning it was 11.2 after a walk/jog. I had liver onions with gravy and corn the night before.

Do you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes? Since there is no cure for type 1, I will assume you have type 2. Please let me know if I am wrong.

Type 2 can be controlled pretty well by diet (if medication is not necessary).
