Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
It is common for people to eat a large dinner before going to sleep. But strong evidence shows that your digestive system needs at least 3 hours of time between eating and sleeping in order to digest food properly. If you often eat right before sleeping it can easily cause pain during the night.
So I suggest that you eat at least 3 hours before sleeping. Eat most of your calories in the morning-afternoon, and eat lightly in the evenings. This will help your digestive system be more relaxed at night.
