sometimes it just grabs me and is unbearable. Does it sound like osteoarthritis?

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question. I'm so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this pain.

It is more likely that you have Fibromyalgia, not Osteoarthritis.  Fibromyalgia causes pain in the entire body, not just in the joints as Osteoarthritis causes.

Fibromyalgia can cause sharp pain in the tendons, muscles, ligaments and joints, just as you described.
