Me and my bf had foreplay and got intimate but we dint had any intercourse. Last we had anything of this sort was 24 March.. I got my regular periods on regular date 1st April. But in may and June I missed. I even did a urine pregnancy kit test around 16 June it was negative but still no periods. Though I have irregular periods but I am concerned this time

There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her vagina or (more rarely) on the opening. Foreplay would not cause you to become pregnant. See your doctor if you are concerned about your periods as you say they are irregular.
