I skipped a meal today and now I feel dizzy like I'm going to pass out.

Why does that happen? What are some ways to prevent this?

Hi Anon

Thanks for your post!

Skipping a meal can cause your blood sugar to lower and can make you feel dizzy, tired and out of sorts.

You can avoid this by eating healthy meals at regular intervals. You should eat now, if you are still feeling dizzy.
