Where did this fear come come? Is it because you fear the act of sex? Or do you think it will be painful?

I could write to you here and assure you that it is not painful and that you have nothing to be afraid of. However, this fear has to arise from somewhere and I think you would benefit from seeing a sex therapist or a relationship therapist. Is this something you are willing to consider?
