ii year old grandson passed out in class at school legs stayed numb and no speech or feeling for over 2 hrs they had to call an ambulance and transported to hospital ..ran a scan did blood test and x rays.. want him to see a neurolist r 2 hrs

thank you we are staying on top of it.. he has been back once and has to go back on feb.3rd to his regular dr. he wanted to go over all the test the Hospital did on him and see their recomendations..since he wasn't involved with episode when it happened.

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear about your grandson. Since this is not a common issue that occurs, you should certainly follow up with the doctor. Doctors can rule out issues, if any, by testing, blood tests, etc. I would continue to see the doctor to find out the underlying issue that caused him to pass out.
