Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I'm so sorry to hear that you have gallstones and that you are also experiencing this pain.  I'd love to give you some information that you will find helpful.

Gallstones are usually small enough to pass through without any surgery.  If they are too large to pass by themselves, surgery sometimes is required.  

The pain in your chest and right armpit however, is most likely not related to the gallstones.  Right arm pain coupled with chest pain is however, a common sign of heart trouble and you need to see your doctor right away!  These are the warning signs of heart attacks and should not be ignored.
