Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Forskolin is derived from the mint plant and is thought to help with weight loss although there is no real evidence of this.
People with certain health conditions should not take forskolin. People taking blood thinners or anti-platelet drugs should not take it. Some high blood pressure drugs may interact with forskolin, including:

Beta-blockers
Calcium channel blockers
Clonidine
Hydralazine
Avoid taking forskolin if you take such medications.

People with polycystic kidney disease should not take it. As for COPD, there does not seem to be an interaction that is listed anywhere but because forskolin has not been studied much, caution should be taken and you should talk to your doctor first.

Diet should be your first key to losing belly fat, rather than diet supplements. Cut calories and go on a low-fat diet. Even though you have COPD, early stages of COPD should not prevent you from exercising daily, including cardio which is best for belly fat.
Best,
Susan
