Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Sorry to hear this. There's no way of knowing if the baby is ok, until you don't see a doctor and he might perform and ultrasound. One of the first signs of miscarriage is vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain. It's important to see your doctor and let him know your symptoms.
