ive taken postionor 2 a few minutes after having sex i bleed 3 days after and now um having pregnancy symptoms is it possible for me to be pregnant

Postinor 2 is 95% effective when taken within 24 hours of having intercourse.  The pill also causes side effects that mirror pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, cramping, tender breasts, stomach pain etc.  It also causes bleeding between periods sometimes.  

With that being said, your symptoms are most likely the side effects from the pill, not pregnancy.
