There is a slight possibility that im pregnant, i had unprotected sex 18 days ago (i cant test im not in my country and with bf family...don't want to deal with them...waiting till i get home). Anyways im tired, weird cramping, some discharge (bloody???), weirdest of all...im light headed and my face has had some strange numbness...??? sometimes a pulsing numbness....???? Had some weakness of hands. Anyone heard of this? I am on a progesterone only pill but rarely take it t the right time and have missed 2 or 3 pills altogether.
The doctor put me on progesterone only pills as my body reacts out of control with the extra Estrogen...

Numbness in your face and weakness in hands are not a signs of pregnancy, and could be concerning. Is there a doctor you are able to see in the country you are visiting?
Also, bloody discharge is also not a sign of a viable pregnancy, but rather the absence of blood is a possible sign of pregnancy. Light-headedness is experience by some women who are further along in their pregnancy, but is not an indicator of pregnancy.
The primary sign/indicator of pregnancy is a missed period, but it sounds like you are experiencing some cramping and bloody discharge that are more indicative of a period beginning.
The numbness and weakness need to be evaluated by a medical doctor, as these can be symptoms of more severe conditions. Do you have access to a doctor?
