ask: My AF isn't due for two weeks and Im ovulating and have been ttc... Im currently having lower abdominal pain on both sides of my stomach close to my hips. what does this mean?

Lower abdominal pain could signal a problem with your ovaries or intestines.
Are you having any other symptoms? How long have you been having the pain? Is it constant or does it come and go?
