Some experts define low blood pressure as readings lower than 90 mm Hg systolic or 60 mm Hg diastolic. If either number is below that, your pressure is lower than normal. Speak with your doctor about your blood pressure reading. Most doctors consider blood pressure too low only if it causes symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, paleness, fainting, trouble concentrating, fatigue, etc. A sudden drop in blood pressure, especially if are you feeling ill, should be checked by a medical professional right away.
